Fabulous welcome in a beautiful building

The nicest welcome we have had to any hotel ever I think. The building is stunning and fascinating in equal measure and it's right in the centre of town. Really enjoyed being here, great staff that made us really welcome

Lovely experience, will be back.

It was a stunning and unusual place, incredible location. Adults slept really well. Good breakfast.

The stairs! Not good for small children or anyone with mobility issues. Bunk beds too hard for our children to sleep well. (7, 12 years)

Great historical place! Magnificent location. Beautiful!

Location was amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was a lovely treat!

It was very noisy, we could hear the people above us walking in their room, and speaking -- they also had a loud child.

Nice stay

The property is an old property XII century with an amazing reception/ breakfast room with spectacular voltage ceilings So having breakfast there is a must as the bedrooms aren’t as old looking!! Nice friendly hotel

The bathroom aren’t easy to put things down as the sink is a standing up sink The old wardrobe was locked so I could not hang up my clothes The bedrooms are ok what makes the hotel special is the reception room and service

Absolute perfection and space in the heart of Beaune.

Amazing staff who were easy to email and helped with dinner reservations (including dietary restrictions) and a great wine tour rec (Safari Tours! Amazing!) - they made this the best customer service I have ever had at any hotel!!!

Amazing hotel in an old converted abbey. Really well done with beautiful rooms throughout. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help...even take heavy luggage up and down the tight staircase.

Stunning building and great staff

Stunning building steeped in history. Great staff. Beaune is beautiful and the Saturday market a real treat.

Our room was on the top floor accessed via a narrow spiral staircase…. We were okay but if you would find the access difficult ask for a room on the lower floors

Very Good

Style and overall very good.

No elevator. Impossible to install anyway. Long and abrupt stairs of the building. It was built for monks. I understand, but it does not mean that it is comfortable.

Central but pricy place to stay in Beaune and see the sights.

The pool! So great. Also the rooms were very atmospheric.

The stairs are a real challenge. Fine for us young men but rather intense for others. I think perhaps was more expensive than was absolutely necessary and fair but was nevertheless very close to everything and lovely.
